1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Our mats work best on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. Textured surfaces may prevent the suction cups from properly adhering.

2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? It's important to rinse the tub beforehand, and ideally let the water run to create a wet surface. Then, firmly press and stroke the mat with your hands to create a vacuum in the suction cups and ensure it is securely in place before use.

3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is durable and machine washable. We recommend rinsing it after each use and hanging it to dry using the supplied hooks.

4. How can I hang the bathtub mat to dry? We provide self-adhesive hooks that can be placed on a smooth surface inside the tub for invisible and secure storage. These hooks are reusable and can be removed without leaving a residue.

5. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the bathtub? Yes, the extra-large holes in our mat allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of drain placement.
