FAQs & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USAGE 1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Our mats are only suitable for use on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. The suction cups will not adhere to textured surfaces.

1. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? Prior to use, it is essential to rinse the tub and ensure it is wet. Press and stroke the mat firmly to create a vacuum in the suction cups and smooth out the mat. Always check to ensure it is securely in place before stepping onto it.

2. How can I take care of the mat? Our mats are made from durable materials and are machine washable. After each use, we strongly recommend rinsing the mat and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks to ensure longevity.

3. How can I hang the bathtub mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, such as the inside of the tub, and hang the mat on the drain holes. The hooks can be removed and reused if necessary.

4. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the bathtub? Yes, the extra-large holes in the mat allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of the drain's location.

5. What is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin-friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested for quality and safety.
