1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Our mats work best on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. Suction cups won't build up on structured surfaces.

2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? Before using the shower mat, it is mandatory to rinse the shower, ensuring it is properly wet. Then, firmly press and smooth the mat with your hands or feet on the floor of the tray. Make sure it's securely in place before stepping on it.

3. How can I take care of the mat? Our durable mat is machine washable. We recommend rinsing it after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks for long-lasting enjoyment.

4. How can I hang the shower mat to dry? Simply place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface, and hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. They are reusable.

5. My shower mat has wrinkles - what can I do? If the shower mat has wrinkles after unpacking, place it in hot water to quickly smooth it out.

6. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the shower? Yes, the extra-large holes allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of where the drain is located.
