1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Our mats are designed to be used only on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. Suction cups will not adhere properly to structured surfaces.

2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? Before use, it is mandatory to rinse the shower to ensure it is properly wet. Then, firmly press and smooth the mat with your hands or feet to securely in place before stepping on it.

3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is made from durable material and is machine washable. After each use, we strongly recommend rinsing the mat and hanging it to dry on the provided hooks to ensure its longevity.

4. How can I hang the shower mat to dry? Simply place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface and hang the mat on the drain holes. The hooks are reusable and can be removed gently by warming with a hairdryer and peeling off from one corner.

5. My shower mat has wrinkles - what can I do? If the shower mat is wrinkled after unpacking, simply place it in hot water to quickly smooth it out.

6. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the shower? Yes, the extra-large holes in the mat allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of the drain's location.

7. What is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin-friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.

8. What do I do if the hooks are missing or broken? Please notify us if the hooks are missing or broken, and we will provide a replacement.
